ザ・フー | the fuu

2019年、ロンドン旅行をきっかけに高校時代の同級生3人で結成したアーティストコレクティブ。
Megaはファインアート、Mioはキュレーター、Miyuはアクターとして、3人それぞれが異なるフィールドでアーティストとして活動しています。そんな3人がザ・フーの活動を通じて、日々生活するなかで感じる、ジェンダーや身体に関するモヤモヤを、zineやステッカーという形に昇華する試みをしています。

 

the fuu is a artists’ collective comprising three members: MIO, MIYU and MEGA. 

Basing on the concept of “carrying philosophy with you,” we produce zines or stickers.  We have published two zines, self-respect stickers, diversity washi tape and original totebags to date, which are theming on feminism and diversity. When we exhibited at 'rooms', which is one of the biggest trade show in Japan, we held a workshop in order to discuss about body positivity with visitors. 

the fuu curated the event space at Hanshin Department in Osaka in June of 2022.
